如铁（Rytek） 是一款本地优先的力量训练记录应用。你可以使用它记录训练、查看训练趋势、导出数据，以及通过一次性内购解锁 Pro 功能。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

如铁 当前版本不要求你注册账号。你在 App 中输入或生成的数据，通常包括：

• 训练记录，例如动作、组数、次数、重量、RPE、休息时间与训练完成状态
• 身体指标和相关记录，例如体重、围度或你主动录入的其他训练相关数据
• 营养与饮食日志，如果你选择使用相关功能
• App 偏好设置，例如语言、动效、触感反馈和购买状态信息
• 你主动导出的文件，例如 CSV、PDF、分享卡图片，以及你选择创建的加密备份文件

3. 信息如何存储

如铁 采用本地优先设计。核心训练数据默认存储在你的设备本地。

当前版本：

• 不要求账号登录
• 不提供云端同步作为核心依赖
• 不会将你的训练数据自动上传到开发者服务器

如果你主动创建“密码加密备份”，备份文件会导出到你选择的位置，并使用你提供的密码进行加密。请妥善保管该密码；开发者无法帮你找回备份密码。

4. 信息如何使用

我们仅将相关数据用于以下目的：

• 提供训练记录、统计和回顾功能
• 展示训练趋势、训练量、里程碑与分享卡
• 判断并恢复你的 Pro 解锁状态
• 响应你主动发起的导出、备份、恢复或分享操作
• 改善 App 的稳定性、可用性和本地体验

5. 内购与付款信息

如铁 的 Pro 功能通过 Apple 的 App Store 内购提供。付款、退款和支付账户信息由 Apple 处理。开发者不会直接接收你的完整支付卡信息。

6. 第三方服务

目前，如铁 不使用第三方广告 SDK，不提供基于个人数据的定向广告，也不要求你创建第三方账号登录。

如果未来版本接入新的第三方服务并影响数据处理方式，我们会更新本隐私政策。

7. HealthKit 与健康数据

目前，如铁 不接入 Apple HealthKit，也不会从 Health app 读取或向其中写入数据。

8. 数据分享与导出

你可以主动选择导出 CSV、PDF、分享卡图片或加密备份文件。此类分享和导出属于你主动发起的操作，分享后的文件将按照你选择的平台、应用或存储位置处理。

9. 数据保留与删除

由于核心数据默认保存在你的设备本地，你可以通过删除 App、清除本地数据，或删除你导出的文件来停止保留相关信息。

如果你已经将导出文件保存到其他位置，例如文件 App、iCloud Drive、邮件附件或第三方存储服务，你需要在对应位置自行删除这些文件。

10. 儿童隐私

如铁 不是面向儿童单独设计的服务。我们不会明知故意收集儿童个人信息。如果你认为某些内容涉及不当收集，请联系我们处理。

11. 政策更新

如果 如铁 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们可能会更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本会在新的发布日期生效。

1. Who We Are

Rytek is a local-first strength training app. It helps users log workouts, review progress, export data, and unlock Pro features through a one-time in-app purchase.

2. Information We Collect

The current version of Rytek does not require account registration. Information you enter or generate in the app may include:

• Workout data such as exercises, sets, reps, weight, RPE, rest time, and completion state
• Body metrics and related records that you choose to enter
• Nutrition or food logs if you use those features
• App preferences such as language, motion settings, haptics, and local Pro entitlement cache
• Files you choose to export, including CSV, PDF, share images, and encrypted backup files

3. How Information Is Stored

Rytek is designed to work locally on your device.

In the current version:

• No account is required
• Cloud sync is not required for core functionality
• Workout data is not automatically uploaded to a developer-operated server

If you create a password-encrypted backup, the backup file is exported to a location you choose and encrypted with the password you provide. Please keep that password safe because it cannot be recovered by the developer.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is used only to:

• Provide workout logging, stats, and progress review features
• Show trends, volume, milestones, and share cards
• Determine and restore your Pro entitlement
• Fulfill export, backup, restore, and sharing actions that you initiate
• Improve app stability, usability, and on-device experience

5. In-App Purchases

Pro features are sold through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. Payments, refunds, and billing information are handled by Apple. The developer does not receive your full payment card details.

6. Third-Party Services

Currently, Rytek does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not provide targeted advertising based on personal data, and does not require third-party login services.

If a future version introduces third-party services that materially change data handling, this policy will be updated.

7. HealthKit

Currently, Rytek does not integrate with Apple HealthKit and does not read from or write data to the Health app.

8. Sharing and Export

You may choose to export CSV, PDF, share images, or encrypted backups. These actions are initiated by you, and any exported files are handled according to the destination you choose.

9. Retention and Deletion

Because core data is stored locally on your device, you can stop retaining that data by deleting the app, clearing local data, or deleting exported files.

If exported files were saved elsewhere, such as Files, iCloud Drive, email attachments, or third-party storage services, you must remove them from those locations yourself.

10. Children’s Privacy

Rytek is not specifically directed to children. If you believe data has been collected inappropriately, contact us and we will review the issue.

11. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or data handling practices change. The updated version becomes effective on the new effective date shown above.
