欢迎使用 如铁（Rytek）。当你下载、安装或使用本应用时，即表示你同意受本使用条款约束。

如果你通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用，Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）也适用。本条款是对该协议的补充；如两者冲突，以适用法律和 Apple 平台要求为准。

2. 应用许可

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上个人使用本应用。

你不得：

• 以违法方式使用本应用
• 反向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码，但适用法律明确允许的除外
• 利用本应用干扰、破坏或尝试未经授权访问任何系统或数据
• 将本应用用于任何侵犯他人权利的行为

3. 功能与服务范围

如铁 旨在帮助用户记录训练、回顾数据并管理个人训练过程。我们可以在后续版本中增加、修改或移除部分功能，但会尽量避免破坏已购买内容的基本可用性。

4. Pro 功能与内购

如铁 当前提供一次性付费解锁的 Pro 功能。

付款、退款、税务和订阅或购买流程由 Apple 管理，并受 App Store 条款约束。你可以通过 App 内的“Restore Purchases”恢复可恢复的已购权益。

5. 用户数据与备份

你在 如铁 中记录的大部分数据默认保存在你的设备本地。你可以选择导出 CSV、PDF、分享卡，或创建密码加密备份文件。

你理解并同意：

• 你需要自行妥善保管导出文件和备份密码
• 如果你遗失备份密码，开发者无法帮你恢复加密备份内容
• 你对自己导出、分享或转移的数据承担责任

6. 非医疗建议

如铁 是训练记录与回顾工具，不提供医疗、诊断、治疗或专业健康建议。你不应将本应用中的信息视为医学意见，也不应仅依据本应用内容做出医疗决定。

如果你有健康、受伤、康复或训练安全方面的疑问，应咨询合格的医生或专业人士。

7. 可用性与变更

我们会尽力保持应用可用和稳定，但不保证应用始终无错误、不中断或适用于你的所有目的。我们可以在法律允许范围内更新、暂停或终止部分功能。

8. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权保证。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，开发者不承担责任。

如果适用法律不允许上述限制，则相关责任限制在法律允许的最大范围内适用。

10. 条款更新

我们可能会更新本使用条款。更新后的版本将在公布时生效。你在更新后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。

Welcome to Rytek. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms supplement that agreement.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Use the app in violation of law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others

3. Scope of Service

Rytek is designed to help users log workouts, review progress, and manage their personal training process. Features may be added, modified, or removed in future versions.

4. Pro Features and In-App Purchase

Rytek currently offers one-time paid access to Pro features.

Payments, refunds, taxes, and purchase processing are handled by Apple and governed by App Store terms. Restorable purchases may be restored using the in-app restore flow.

5. User Data and Backups

Most data entered into Rytek is stored locally on your device. You may choose to export CSV, PDF, share cards, or create password-encrypted backup files.

You understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for safeguarding exported files and backup passwords
• Encrypted backup contents cannot be recovered if the password is lost
• You are responsible for any data you export, share, or transfer

6. No Medical Advice

Rytek is a training log and review tool. It does not provide medical, diagnostic, treatment, or professional health advice. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for medical judgment.

If you have questions about health, injury, recovery, or training safety, consult a qualified professional.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the app available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published. Continued use of the app after publication means you accept the updated terms.
